What’s TOPCon Technology?

TOPCon, short for Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact, is a high-efficiency solar cell technology that uses an ultra-thin oxide layer to improve electrical contact and energy conversion, outperforming traditional solar cells.

By combining the strengths of both PERC and heterojunction technologies without their limitations, TOPCon achieves higher efficiencies-over 22% compared to PERC’s 18-19%.
