Our facility features fully automated production lines for module assembly, pack integration, and rigorous testing. Advanced robotic systems ensure precision in welding, stacking, and sealing, while AI-powered quality control maintains defect rates below 100ppm. We support flexible configurations, including 20ft 40ft containerized ESS and modular rack-mounted systems, with capacities ranging from 50kWh to 5MWh per unit.
A total of 22 invention patents and 59 utility model patents have been obtained, covering core technologies such as photovoltaic inverters and frequency conversion controllers.
