HITEK ENERGY TOPCon solar cells are an evolution of the widely used Passivated Emitter and Rear Contact (PERC) technology. With superior passivation and improved electron flow, TOPCon technology enhances energy conversion efficiency while reducing losses, positioning itself as the next-generation PV technology.
TOPCon, short for Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact, is a high-efficiency solar cell technology that uses an ultra-thin oxide layer to improve electrical contact and energy conversion, outperforming traditional solar cells.
By combining the strengths of both PERC and heterojunction technologies without their limitations, TOPCon achieves higher efficiencies-over 22% compared to PERC’s 18-19%.
Utilizing advanced TOPCON N-Type cell technology, the module achieves superior conversion efficiency and delivers a high power output of 720W, maximizing energy generation in limited space.
With reduced LID (Light-Induced Degradation) and PID (Potential Induced Degradation), the module maintains higher power output over time, ensuring long-term reliability and a lifespan of over 30 years.
The N-Type cells exhibit enhanced performance under low-light conditions, ensuring stable and efficient power production even in cloudy or dawn/dusk environments.
The N-Type cells have a better temperature coefficient compared to conventional P-Type modules, resulting in higher energy yield in high-temperature environments.
